Menu planning...

This is going to be a busy week.  But a fun one.

Sunday- Out for lunch, taco pizza for dinner
Monday- heart shaped pancakes, eggs and bacon
Tuesday- Bahn mi
Wednesday- Chicken cordon bleu
Thursday- Work
Friday- Bday party- chicken tamale cassarole
Saturday- Out for Valentines with my Valentine

    Tuesday- beef or venison stew in the slow cooker
    Wednesday- Golden Pork Chops
    Thursday- Honey Roast Chicken Breasts
    Friday- breakfast for dinner
    Saturday- roast pork

  4. This wee we will have:
    Sun: leftovers, Guinness Beef Stew
    Mon: Chocolate pancakes with strawberries and sugar and chocolate whipped cream
    Tues: Homemade Sesame Chicken, white rice and steamed broccoli, green bean casserole
    Wed: Rigatoni and Sweet Italian Sausage with homemade Italian Bread and salad
    Thursday: leftovers
    Friday: Grilled Cheese and ravioli chicken soup
    Sat: Chiles Rellenos
    Sun: Pizza!

  5. So I found this recipe. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Honey-Roasted-Chicken/Detail.aspx

    Didn't have the seasoning mix so what I did was mix a little bbq sauce with a bunch of honey, spread it on the chicken. Then I baked it at 400 for 30 minutes. Keep in mind, the over wasn't all the way up to 400 when I put them in. I hardly ever wait for the oven to preheat.

    Came out really yummy and not at all dry like chicken can do sometimes.
